Setting Up Your Vendor Account
Before You Start
As a Vendor, your profile is what shoppers and organizers see — it needs to be filled in before you can apply to any show. Here's how to set it up.
Complete Your Vendor Profile
Go to My Profile in your vendor dashboard. This is different from the general account profile — it's your public-facing business page. Fill in:
- Business name (required)
- Logo — optional, but a business without one is easy to scroll past
- Description — a few sentences about what you make or sell
- Website
- Contact info — a phone number and a contact email (this can be different from your login email, so you can keep the one customers see separate if you'd like)
- Address — used for your service area, not shown publicly unless you choose to
- Social links — Facebook, Instagram, X, and Pinterest
You don't need every field filled in to get started, but business name and a description go a long way toward looking legitimate to organizers reviewing your application.
Choose Your Plan
From the Plans tab on your profile page, you can see your current plan and what upgrading unlocks. There's a free tier to get started, with paid Pro plans that add things like full lead access from your giveaways, CSV export, and follow-up marketing emails. You can upgrade at any time — nothing about your existing profile or applications changes when you do.
What You Can Do From Here
Once your profile is filled in, you're ready to:
- Mark yourself as attending a show ("I'll Be There") so your business shows up on that event's page
- Apply to juried shows that require an application
- Run a QR code giveaway at your booth to capture leads
- Track show notes and profit/loss for each event
- Use the reusable show-prep checklist to pack for your next show
Find an event you want to attend and take it from there — your profile is the only setup step standing between you and your first show.
