Setting Up Your Organizer Account

Before You Start

As an Organizer, there's one required step before you can create your first event: setting up your organization.

Set Up Your Organization

The first time you go to create an event, you'll be asked to set up your organization first. This is simple — just an organization name. This is what vendors and CraftFairList will recognize as the event host, so it's worth using your real business or event name rather than a placeholder.

You only need to do this once. Every event you create afterward belongs to this same organization.

Fill In Your Contact Profile

Go to My Profile in your account menu to add your phone number, address, and any website or social links you'd like on file. This isn't required to create events, but it's useful to have — especially your contact info, in case CraftFairList or a vendor needs to reach you directly.

Choose Your Plan

Organizer accounts also have Free and Pro tiers, with Pro unlocking things like additional event listings and advanced tools for managing vendors and promoting your show. You can find your current plan and upgrade options from your organizer dashboard.

What You Can Do From Here

With your organization set up, you're ready to:

  • Create and publish your first event listing
  • Review and manage vendor applications as they come in
  • Email your vendors by application status, using ready-made templates
  • Generate ready-to-post marketing content for your event
  • Invite vendors from a past show to apply again this year

Head to your organizer dashboard and create your first event whenever you're ready.
